Kiara Kraus-Parr

With over 14 years of dedicated legal practice, Kiara Kraus-Parr brings exceptional expertise in appellate advocacy and criminal defense to every case. As a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she has served as an Adjunct Professor and Moot Court Coach, Kiara combines academic rigor with practical courtroom experience.

Concentrating on appellate work, Kiara has drafted and filed hundreds of appellate briefs and post-conviction petitions in state and federal courts. Her extensive experience also includes representing debtors in bankruptcy. This depth of experience enables her to analyze complex case files and develop strategic legal arguments that effectively advocate for her clients.

Licensed in California, Minnesota, and North Dakota State Bars, as well as in U.S. District Courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, Kiara offers comprehensive representation across multiple jurisdictions.
